I write this testimonial in appreciation of the extraordinary reconnective healing session that I had with Shiraz. I visited Shiraz with chronic insomnia, acute depression and major brain fog. After an elaborate discussion, he gave me a healing session following which I immediately started feeling better and was able to resume my previous uninterrupted sleep pattern of over 7 hours nightly.

This brief write up is to express my highest possible testimonial for the Reconnective Healing and Mental Emotional Release (MER) work that Shiraz has done with me over the last 5 weeks. I was suffering for a long time from a mental illness called Bipolar Disorder which meant that I had violent mood swings ranging from very depressive to quite manic episodes. Last year was especially severe for me as my depression led me to leave my work and I was hospitalised several times during the year. I had had positive experience with Reconnective Healing before and decided to have Shiraz work with me. Due to the burden of negative emotions that I had been carrying for a long time, Shiraz suggested that he would also like to do some MER work with me to which I agreed.

I had 3 sessions of Reconnective Healing and 2 sessions of MER and I can honestly say that I feel like a new person. During the sessions Shiraz impressed me with his ability to work wonders and was always looking to help me better by asking for feedback after every session. All my symptoms have completely vanished and I can say with certainty that Shiraz's work is the main reason that I am functioning and performing near normal. I have learned to let go of anger, hate, fear and pain because of this work. I have learned to forgive people which is something I struggled with for so long. I just wanted to thank you for all your insight and help. I was suffering from acute depression due to the loss of my infant child and had a series of illnesses after the event.The depression progressively got worse and resulted in the loss of my job which made the situation worse because it led to a confidence crisis as previously I had enjoyed a very successful career. I wish to summarize my experience during and after the 2 Reconnection sessions I had last October. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to thank Shiraz for the professional services he delivered to me. During the first session, I became very relaxed and could feel a stream of energy flowing through my body. My arms felt completely weightless and could not even feel the treatment table even when trying to press down on it. I felt so energized as if ready to run a race while still lying on the table in a blissfully relaxed yet fully aware state. I felt peaceful, energetic, compassionate and so relaxed that I wished I could stay on the table for a few more hours after the session was over. On the following day I felt very calm and restful; nothing could disturb the peaceful feeling all through the day.

During the second session, I felt energy was concentrated on the forehead and flowing all around the body - from head to hands, feet and back up. A current seemed to be running throughout the body. I experienced a wonderful feeling of health, well being, peace and joy.The feeling was very calm, restful and relaxed. Once again at the end of the session I did not feel like getting up even though Shiraz allowed me to remain on the table for another 20 minutes.

Its been 6 weeks since my two sessions and the feelings of being energetic, calm, relaxed and spiritual still continue; I feel like a special person. Many things have unfolded by the grace of God during this time, at work, at home and health wise. One unusual thing that I would like to mention is that I have been trying to learn to play the guitar on and off for the last 5 years, with little progress. Last week all of a sudden I could play my favourite melodic songs at different and appropriate scales for which I had no prior knowledge. It just stuck and I am really enjoying strumming new songs for hours every day. I met Shiraz, a very compassionate person, on a short trip to Toronto. I had been suffering from very debilitating attacks of vertigo for a period of two years which had left me virtually incapacitated. I had seen many doctors and specialists over this period and did not get any relief from the medications that I was prescribed. I had just one healing session of about 45 minutes with Shiraz on the last day of my trip. During the session I felt incredible energy movement throughout my body and especially in my head and I felt more relaxed than I had ever done before in my life. After the session my grandson woke up from his afternoon nap and soon his speech therapist came to work with him. It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Shiraz’s reconnective healing work. I was suffering from intense migraine attacks on almost a daily basis for the past 5 years. These attacks left me prostrated, having to withdraw into a darkened room as lights and noise could make them unbearable. I had seen many physicians and specialists for my condition and was on a daily dose of prescription pain medicine. In addition I was consuming about 20-25 Tylenols every week just to be able to function.

A close relative of mine insisted that I see Shiraz and so I committed to one session. Immediately after this first healing session, I felt much better and was thus encouraged to make another appointment. During the week following the first session, I took the prescription pain medicine just once and no Tylenols at all! After the second session my migraine completely disappeared, so much so that on a day when there were severe thunderstorms which had always triggered an attack in the past, I was headache free.

I am 22 years old and had been suffering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since age 15. I cannot express how limited my life had become with these conditions as it was a struggle just to get out of bed and barely be able to cope with the work day. Then I came to know about reconnective healing and booked a session with Shiraz. I do not have words to describe what happened to me within the first few minutes of the session. After my rotator cuff surgery, I wanted some relief in the extreme pain that I was going through. Not wanting to indulge in heavy pharmacotherapy, I decided that I would go for reconnective healing that I had heard so much about. I made an appointment with Shiraz and sat down with him for a quick review of what he did and what I could expect out of the healing sessions. I had not yet started my post surgery physiotherapy and his recommendation was that I have my reconnective healing sessions before the physiotherapy.

After three reconnective healing sessions done over a period of one week, I found that my pain was much better and that my range of motion had also improved. In fact in my physiotherapy evaluation done the following week, the therapist was quite surprised that my shoulder was not stiff. It was easy to work with and my range of motion improved rapidly. As a bonus I was a calmer person, not so worried as I was before and this made it easy for me to heal from within. Now I believe that the healing was extended to my second shoulder and I do not see any need for undergoing surgery on my second rotator cuff. Thank you Shiraz!

I came to Reconnective Healing after trying out a number of other healing methods. I had already had two ineffective surgeries done for my condition and was scheduled for a third one. After two sessions of reconnective healing done about a week apart, my physical condition healed completely, so much so that I cancelled my scheduled surgery.
